Protecting your privacy is important to us. Like seriously, it is very important.


Accordingly, we’re providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the storage, use and disclosure of information that we receive through the Life mobile application known from now on as the Life app. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through our app. From now on, we will refer to Life as ‘the app’.

We encourage you to take a few minutes to read this Privacy Policy and understand it. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Information we may store for you

Our primary goals in storing information that maybe related to you is to provide functional capability for our app, to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Life app.
All information the app stores for you can only be accessed locally by you, through whatever supported device that you have the app installed, the provider of the app, us, have absolutely no way of accessing anything you have put in the app. To use the app, we do not need or ask for any account information, nor any internet connection nor any built-in analytics to track your usage, again, we care about your privacy.


You don’t have to provide any personal information to use the app, things such as your nickname or your birthday information should you choose to add into the app will only remain locally on your device and nowhere else be accessible by us.


Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services, but every effort has been made to ensure that the third-party code that we have integrated in the app does not do so. The app is not a website.


Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information at times to enable some functional usage of the app, but this is not mandatory by any means, and thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


Apple Health Kit integration and usage of health, motion, and fitness information. Our app use the health kit to write relevant nutritional data such as caffeine intake, meditation minutes, and water intake to your health app. It does not however, access data that is stored in your health app. All information is not used for marketing, advertising, data mining, sold to third parties or stored on any external servers. We don’t do dodgy stuff.


Log Data

We do not log, store any errors information in a case of an error in the app as we consider it could be a potentially compromise to your privacy, this means even for our support emails we won’t be including any device related information nor error trace. Thus, in the event of any application failure, we could be asking you for your help with extra information regarding the application failure to solve the application failure, but again, your help is optional and appreciated.

Optional Device permissions

Depending on the User's specific device, the app may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below. By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed as required by the iOS, but it is not essential that you provide any of the permissions that will be mentioned below, the app is designed to function without most of the permission enabled, or without internet too in that sense.

Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the you at any time by visiting the iOS settings app. In order to revoke these permissions, you may refer to the device settings. The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software. Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of the Life app.
If User grants any of the permissions listed below, the respective Personal Data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by the app.

1. Camera permission
Used for accessing the camera or capturing images and video from the device so you can store images for any in app feature that can do so.
2. Photo Library permission
Allows access to the User's Photo Library.
3. Storage permission
Used for accessing shared external storage, including the reading and adding of any items.
4. Biometrics (e.g. Face ID) permission
Used to provide additional security to possible sensitive information stored on the device through the Life app.
5. Calendar access
Used to write data to user’s calendars.
6. Local notification
Used to remind users of important information as desired by them.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party’s site. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
